Return Policy (After Delivery)

Free Returns (Seller Responsibility)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The item received is incorrect

Aliflowers will cover all return shipping costs in these cases.


Returns for Other Reasons

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for reasons such as change of mind.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Products

  • Custom-made products are final sale

  • Custom products are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • Cancellation requests made after 72 hours but before shipment will receive an 80% refund.
    A 20% non-refundable fee applies due to production and material costs.

After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, a 20% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the order date.


Exchange Policy

Before Shipment

  • Style changes are accepted free of charge

  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer

After Shipment

  • Style exchanges are not supported once the order has been shipped


Shipping Address Changes

  • Address changes are accepted free of charge before shipment

  • Address changes are not possible after shipment
