Cancellation requests made after 72 hours but before shipment will receive an 80% refund.
A 20% non-refundable fee applies due to production and material costs.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, a 20% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the order date.
